What an amazing pharmacy! The staff are so lovely and helpful. The care they’ve provided for us as a family over the years has been second to none. I have complex health needs and very brand sensitive with medications and I literally would have a poorer quality of life without Kevin and his team. Other pharmacies are often not able to order the medication I have or can only give me the cheap generic stuff but I never hear the phrase ‘we can’t order that, it’s not on our list of approved medications’ from Brown’s like I do with the other pharmacies in the area. I can’t thank them enough for not only the care they give to me but the care they gave to Mum during her end of life journey was outstanding. Not only were they proactive in having her medications in stock and ready, the support they gave her and, as she progressed, the practical and emotional support they gave us as a family I could never thank them enough. Their care made such a big difference. I will forever be grateful for everything you and your team do for us, you go above and beyond every day and I’m so thankful that we have this absolute gem of a pharmacy on our doorstep!!

I would just like to send a heartfelt thank you to the staff at this pharmacy. I arrived bloodied after a small biking accident and, not only did they supply me with antiseptic, plus wipes and paper towels they allowed me to sit in a chair, with customers coming and going, whilst I cleaned my wounds!
I also had clinical advice and all for the sum total of £1!
Wow! ....this is why I place my faith in humanity!
