First class well organised pharmacy. Very helpful understanding staff with low turnover, all working efficiently to give a good service including vaccinations. The revamped premises is a step forward.

Had a flu jab this morning. Browns has been very thoughtfully modernised incorporating many of the staff and customer’s favourite old features of the pharmacy. There are now 2 treatment rooms. It was in one of these where I was treated punctually, pleasantly and professionally.

Easy to book, I called in to the pharmacy and did this face to face.
Appointment was provided and confirmation received by email and a reminder by email too.
A small wait on the day however this is to be expected with the volume of appointments required at this time of year.

Lovely staff, friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't go to any other pharmacy.

Attended the earwax clinic with Sandra, She was very informative and did an excellent job removing my ear wax. Would definitely recommend.
