I was booked in to have some very compacted ear wax removed after an examination at the doctors surgery in the forge . I believe the pharmacy has only been offering this service for a couple of months however I have to say that the service I received was outstanding and very professional. I was seen to by Sandra who was friendly and helpful and explained everything to me about the procedure , also putting my mind at rest that I wasn’t going deaf ! For me unfortunately the wax was too hard to remove , I should have softened it up first with ear drops and this was explained to me by Sandra who recommended what to use . Although this now requires a second visit I was pleased to hear that no additional charge is made for this so all in all , very happy with the service and looking forward to the outcome because I can’t wait to just be able to hear again !

Hussain was extremely informative and honest when asking for advice, he was patient and took his time explaining everything. I’ve not used this chemist for many years but feel that it will be my new place to collect prescriptions and go to for advice. Highly recommend.
